Our Microsoft Certified technicians are available 24 hours a day 365 days per year. Most computer problems can be fixed in 30 minutes or less and for as little as $29.95. Our services are guaranteed, so if we cannot fix your computer problems you pay nothing. If your issues are more complicated then we will give you an estimate of the cost to do the repair, based on our very simple and straight forward cost structure. We charge a minimum of $29.95 for up to 30 minutes of live service. After the first 30 minutes we charge in increments of 15 minutes at $15.00 for each 15 minute increment. So, for less than the cost of an estimate at one of the national box stores, we will service and repair your computer while you sit back and watch.

We provide preventive maintenance as well as instant repair services through a suite of programs that are designed to meet the exacting needs of today's business client. While My Computer Buddy Online targets consumers we still provide the same level of services that our corporate customers demand.
• Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and we put our money where our mouth is. If we fail to repair your computer we will charge you nothing, no matter how long we have worked on it.
